Veteran's Day

Today was a day to celebrate those who served our country and help(ed) to provide the freedom we all take for granted. The kids school has a breakfast for all who have served. Macie really wanted her Papa to come to the school and have breakfast and he obliged. She was very excited to show him off (and to eat donuts!!)

Of course, all the kids got to benefit from a Papa who served in the Air Force. (don't they look alike?)

And little Collin. He feels so special when he gets to go to the kids school. He can't wait for Kindergarten already.

My dad was very busy that day. When he left us, he got to go to Elijah's school and hear a concert for the veteran's. It is pretty popular to serve your country.
