Collin started his flag football season this Saturday. His team is the Hurricane’s and his coach is his daddy. And – being the awesome coach (and dad) that he is – he had a team flag made and will have one boy each week as the ‘captain’ get to run through the banner carrying the flag. Collin wasn’t captain this week, but we did take a photo with the flag. He was excited. Coach Todd also bought every kid on our team a bandana to wear and they all had eye black stickers with their name and number written on them. We were a very intimidating team!
We just love Upward sports. Prayers before every game, encouragement for every child, and fun for all!

He made two touchdowns his first game!! He was thrilled. He only made one touchdown last season altogether – so he already improved 100%!!
He also has the best fans in the world out to support him. When Cy wasn’t acting goofy – he was pouting and loving on Macie to let me know he wasn’t happy with me.
It was a great start to a (hopefully) great season!
