Soccer is over for Macie until the fall. She had such a wonderful experience. She really liked all the girls and the coach was great. He is even planning on continuing practices in the summer for those who are going to play in fall. YEAH! That is exciting.
She finally played goalie at the last game. I think, for her, forward is where its at - she needs the action. She got a little bored when the ball was at the opposite end of the field and then - when it finally got to her she forgot she could pick it up and tried to kick it almost every time!

This picture of the corner kick makes me laugh. The girls are forming the wall and she is supposed to be
soccer ready. She just looks really bow-legged to me!

She did pick the ball up a few times and got to run to the line to throw - she was very determined to make sure she threw the ball before the other team had time to set up.

We had the girls trophy party at Chuck E Cheese which is always a hit. She was SO excited to get her first trophy to put on the cabinet with all of Cameron's sport trophies.

Finally - the silly team picture. Why is that always the favorite? They are having fun, I guess.

I am so thankful that the kids are able to try new things to find out what really gets them excited. I love that they all are into different things and get to experience all of them together!
