These made me happy today

In the past 24 hours of high fever and vomit from my sweet Collin - these things made me happy.

Macie drew me a picture of a lady bug and even asked my favorite color (orange) so she could write her TO and FROM
Cole made art with pre-cut circles in class on tuesday. (i just looked at his folder from tuesday today - he didn't go yesterday!) I LOVE this!

This is a picture of the forest that Cameron was working on today for homework in ART (sounds silly, doesn't it) but he really had homework in Art and this is his final product. I love that he has a grasp of depth - that impresses me for an 8 year old

And - this is a poem that he had to write for language arts class and it has been on the teachers bulletin board for a while. At our parent meeting she was telling us about this assignment. He apparently knew exactly what she was explaining and he finished first AND got to help the other students - he was very proud. We are too!!
