I can't believe I talked about Day Camp and forgot to talk about his CROSSOVER ceremony. That is where you cross over to the next rank. Second graders are WOLVES and Third graders are BEARS. So - they have this nice ceremony (ours was at Veteran's Park) where all the boys changing rank cross over this pond as a symbol of the rank change. Does that make sense? It's still pretty new to me! Anyway - now he can work on all his achievements toward earning his BEAR badge. He actually did quite a bit toward this at the Day Camp. Anyway - here are a few pictures ...
this is where our den master was giving the boys their awards

at this particular ceremony Cameron earned his fishing belt loop, World Conservation patch and a silver arrow point

Cameron was the first one to cross over and get his new blue neckerchief

here is our proud new BEAR

oh - this is what Cole was doing during the crossover ceremony - he really had to go!

Cameron - WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU AND ALL YOU ARE ACCOMPLISHING. YOU ARE SO AWESOME!!
