Field Day 2008 was a fun one. They did it a little different this year - they had a round robin of individual activities in the morning, then they had class competitions if the afternoon. Because we were getting ready to leave town - we went to the class activities only (that is also when Macie's class was coming out to watch) However - just so you know - Cameron won second place in the Hula Hoop wars, and second place in the fifty yard dash! WAHOO!
Tug-of-War - unfortunately we lost.
This was some kind of Hula Hoop rely - the class made a chain and they had to pass the hoop from one end to the other without letting go their hands - we won this one! Cameron was the anchor - he had to send it right back once he was finished.

Here he is - the Field Day Champion! He had a wonderful time competing and we had a great time watching. The Sno-cones weren't too bad, either!
