Photos taken at 12:05 pm on July 3rd, the exact minute of your birth! NINE YEARS AGO!! Really? You are nine? How did this happen? My sweet little angel girl is turning into a pre-teen! Sassy, smart-mouthed, logical arguer, PRE-teen!
However, aside from the angst building inside of you, you are a pleasant, sweet, loving, caring, compassionate little girl. You still have to have your baby at night to sleep. You still want to get kisses before bed. Most of the time you love your brothers. You still hope for a sister one day (NOT GONNA HAPPEN), but are content with your position in the family. You enjoy dance and like the social aspect of school – not the classwork. This year you are at a campus without your brothers – you are looking forward to that. Maybe you can forge your own way this year.
We are looking forward to watching you grow and mature over the years. We know God has an amazing plan for our only daughter. I’m sure being the only girl in a family of five kids has something to do with that – preparation for your future. We love you angel and are so thankful and blessed that God gave you to us to watch over!
