A few Sundays ago
Macie was invited to an English Tea Party by one of her Sunday School Teachers. Ms.
Shupe is inviting the girls from class to her house every other weekend until she has them all over.
Macie was very excited (even though she is not a fan of tea!) Ms.
Shupe showed the girls how to hold the teapot when pouring the tea, she taught them (and me) what it meant to be 'mother' at a Tea Party. They talked and drank tea and ate yummy scones, chocolate dipped strawberries, quiche and grapes.
Here is Ms.
Shupe with all the girls that could make it that day.
Macie and Ms.
Shupe. She loves her. She is always giving her hugs in the hall at church.
It was so fun to have
Macie experience something she normally
wouldn't be exposed to. Also - that she has a great mentor in Ms.
Shupe. We can never have enough good influences in our young girls lives!
