She wanted to have a baking themed birthday party. It was loosely themed from her idea. One of the main things we did was decorate aprons. However - I decorated them first! Macie's is the princess one and all her friends got their own apron with a glittered initial. CUTE!
Here she is decorating her apron. We had stencils, fabric markers and paint.
Then we played - Don't Drop the Egg! It was fun. There were three teams. Two of girls and one with the boys. The girls did great while the boys (bigger boys) tried to drop the eggs.
I had made individual cakes for everyone and they each had a bowl of white frosting and food coloring to make whatever they desired. It was funny to see the colors that they came up with - Macie's was a pretty weird green color. We also had an ice cream sundae bar. Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream with all kinds of toppings - YUM!
